We will be delivering your goods via courier companies
We deliver to West & East Malaysia.
We do not, however, deliver to Post Office Box numbers. If you would like to know whether we deliver to your area or if you would like us to deliver to your area please contact us at customerservice@all99.com or all99cs@gmail.com
West Malaysia For deliveries within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) shipping charges are calculated as follows: For the First 2 kg : RM14.00 Next 1 kg or part thereof : RM4.00 Example : If the total weight of your products you wish to purchase is 4.5 kg, then your shipping charges are calculated as follows : First 2 kg : RM 14.00 Next 2.5 kg : RM 12.00 -------------- Total Cost RM 26.00 -------------- East Malaysia For deliveries within East Malaysia shipping charges are calculated as follows:
To Sabah For the First 2 kg : RM 28.00 Next 1 kg or part thereof : RM 8.00
To Sarawak For the First 2 kg : RM 24.00 Next 1 kg or part thereof : RM 7.00
International Delivery All99.com dp prpvide international delivery to anywhere in the world. You will need to email us at customerservice@all99.com or all99cs@gmail.com to request for a shipping cost.
Delivery Time
Once we have received your order and cleared funds, you should expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days from shipping date.
What do I do if I do not receive my goods
Once we have notified you of the shipping date and if you do not receive your purchases within 3-5 working days, please contact us either by calling us at 603-5631 5877 or email us at customerservice@all99.com or all99cs@gmail.com. In both there instances please include your name and order number so that we can investigate the matter and determine what had happened to your package/s. We would appreciate it if you could bear with us as we need to check with our courier company the status and that can take a few days. You can be assured that if the package has gone astray we will send you a replacement at no extra cost to you.
